Microwave Potato Chips

Ever since I first tried this recipe I have loved it. I mean, who doesn't like potato chips? Especially if they are not bathed in oil? Anyway, let me know what you think of it.

  • One (or more) potato(s)
  • Salt (or other seasonings)
  • White printer paper

Place a few potato slices on white printer paper. Sprinkle salt on both sides and microwave for about 2-3 minutes until each slice is crisp. If you want, try other seasonings like dill, or some other herb.
Every so often, when the paper seems to be getting crisp, change it, so that it doesn't start to burn. You should need to change it about every 3-4 batches.
